This is an ideal tool for shaping or enlarging rings.
Since it is made from case hardened steel, It is specifically designed for use with a light hammer to shape the ring.
Though used for metal , you can also shape plastic with it.
The pre-cut mandrel has different diameter grooves engraved on the tool.
