While all models were in stock when this web site was updated, each is subject to prior sale, price change, model change and discontinuation without notice. We also offer many models from smaller companies. These can be very difficult to keep in stock. We will do our best to fill your order in a timely fashion and will inform you if we cannot.

Method of Payment: We accept certified checks, money orders, personal checks (with 14 days to clear), Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express.

 

Illinois residents are subject to local Lake County Sales Tax that will be added to the order.

 

Shipping and Handling: UMM-USA ships USPS Priority mail & USPS First class mail. Shipping is determined by cost, weight and zone. Additional freight charges are required for areas outside the US. We normally ship all international orders via USPS Air International. Expedited shipping is available on all orders for an additional charge.

Return Policy: We inspect all merchandise prior to shipping. However, if you should receive a damaged product, please contact the carrier immediately and notify our company within 45 days as noted below. We offer a 45 day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you would like to return your purchase for any reason, you must contact us within 45 days of the date you received the item. The item can be returned for full credit (less the freight charge) as long as it is in its original, saleable condition and includes the original packaging. For any return, you must contact us by phone or email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. We do not accept models back due to damage by reciprients.

After the 45 day window, a 25% restocking fee will be assessed on any items returned. No returns will be accepted after 45 days from the invoice date. If you need to return an item, please pack the model in its original packaging, (if still intact) and then pack in a corrugated outer carton, include the RMA number on a copy of the invoice and place the invoice inside the box. Items returned in other than the original packing will not receive full credit.

Return freight fees are the responsibility of the customer. (If the return is being made because of our mistake, we will credit or refund the shipping fees). PLEASE NOTE All products we offer are meant for adult collectors. They are not meant for children. Many items include small parts which can be dangerous for children. Pre-orders are automatically shipped when in stock. Pre-ordered items are not charged until the item is in stock and shipping.

 

UMM-USA Policy

UMM-USA guarantees all products. The merchandise can be returned for a full-refund within 45 days of shipment date.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied

by the receipt. All refunds will be processed in the same way as payment received unless specified by the customer.

We recommend insuring any returns as UMM-USA cannot be responsible for lost

or misdirected items.
