VMKD72001 Sukhoi Su-17/22 Tumansky-Engined “Fitters” 1/72

Colorful markings for the Sukhoi Su-17/22 in 1/72 scale, operated by various countries, are included in this comprehensive set.
The R-29-300 engine was tested on the Su-17M and Su-17M2 variants, offering a slight increase in speed and climb rate, but with higher fuel consumption. The Su-17 variants powered by this engine were rejected for service with the VVS; however, they were approved for export and eventually operated by the air forces of Afghanistan, Angola, Hungary, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Peru, Syria, Vietnam, the USSR, and both North and South Yemen.
