In this web site, we have listed the products we offer by manufacturer and stock number. While all models were in stock when this web site was updated, each is subject to prior sale, price change, model change and discontinuation without notice. We also offer many models from smaller companies. These Can be very difficult to keep in stock. We will do our best to fill your order in a timely fashion and will inform you if we cannot!

Method of Payment: We accept certified checks, money orders, personal checks (with 14 days to clear), Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express.

Illinois Residence are subject to Sales tax of 8 % that will be added to the order.

Shipping and Handling: UMM-USA Ships USPS Priority mail & USPS First class mail. Shipping is determined by cost, weight and zone. Additional freight charges are required for areas outside the US and for those orders shipped via the US Post Office. We ship all international orders via USPS Air International. Expedited shipping is available on all orders for an additional charge.

Return Policy: We inspect all merchandise prior to shipping. However, if you should receive a damaged model, please contact the carrier immediately and notify our company within 10 days as noted below. We offer a 10 day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you would like to return your purchase for any reason, you must contact us within 10 days of the date you receive the item. The item can be returned for full credit (less the freight charge) as long as it is in its original, saleable condition and includes the original packaging. For any return, you must contact us by phone or email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. We do not accept models back due to damage by modelers. After the 10 day window, a 25% restocking fee will be assessed on any items returned. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the invoice date. If you need to return an item, please pack the model in its original packaging, (if still intact) and then pack in a corrugated outer carton, include the RMA number on a copy of the invoice and place the invoice inside the box. Items returned in other than the original packing will not receive full credit. Return freight fees are the responsibility of the customer. (If the return is being made because of our mistake, we will credit or refund the shipping fees).

PLEASE NOTE All products we offer are meant for adult collectors. They are not meant for children. Many items include small parts which can be dangerous for children. Pre-orders are automatically shipped when in stock. Pre-ordered items are not charged until the item is in stock and shipping.
