This superior quality ring cutter is lightweight with a knurled non-slip handle.
These can be used to convert short lengths of tubing into semi-circular sections.
Just slide the tube over the top curved jaw and hold it firmly.
Use the butterfly handle to turn the saw blade to cut the tube in half.
