MN010 UMM™ 3D Hand Grab Wire Bender (28 sizes)

I purchased this item after struggling with making multiple grab rails of a consistent size. The tool is exceptionally easy to use. You carefully measure the width of the handrail you want to make and then select the appropriate step on the tool that matches the desired dimension. The locking knob allows you to quickly secure the wire in the tool. I quickly made 7 turret grab rails for a Merkava IID that fit perfectly. No mistakes. No waste. I found that numbering the steps on the tool with an indelible marker made things a bit easier to repeatedly orient. You could also draw a set of grid lines if needed. The notched steps allow you to orient the bends at 90 degrees easily in 3D. All in all, a very nice, well thought out addition to the tool collection at a very reasonable price.
